OWNER
Jeff Buckley
Jeff was born and raised in Wylie and graduated from Wylie High School where he met his wife, Heather. Jeff and Heather live in Lavon with their son, Jordan, and daughter, Alli. Jeff began his insurance career in 2010 after working several years in the auto service business. After a few years working at another agency in a nearby town, he decided it was time to return and serve the community where his roots were planted. In 2013, he founded Jeff Buckley Insurance Agency on Brown St in Wylie. When Jeff isn’t in the office you’ll find him at kids events such as baseball or cheer, or struggling on the golf course. When time allows, you can find him behind a grill or smoker performing his duties as “Chef Jeff” as Heather affectionately refers to him.

Andrew Ortiz, CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor)
Andrew Ortiz began his insurance career in July of 2019. What Andrew loves most about insurance is being able to serve customers and give them the assurance that they are always well taken care of and protected. Andrew was born in Miami, FL and roots for the Miami Marlins, Heat and the Dolphins. But we still love him! Andrew married his wife, Sarah Ortiz, in March of 2019. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, golfing, watching good movies, and going to church with his family.

Jordan Buckley
Jordan Buckley began his insurance career in 2023 and specializes in commercial insurance, helping business owners protect the companies they’ve worked hard to build. A 2022 graduate of Wylie High School, Jordan is dedicated to providing dependable service, clear communication, and customized coverage solutions for his clients. Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Miranda, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and helping businesses find the right protection for their future.
