Builder's Risk Insurance

Builders Risk insurance provides coverage for commercial or residential properties that are under construction or renovation. This policy covers the structure itself as well as the foundation of the building. Coverage may also be provided for the supplies that will be used to build the permanent structure and are within 100 feet of the building.
